      Attachments previews embedded in the comment field of the transition screen are failing to load with "Preview unavailable/Failed to Load" message.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Create a transition screen for an issue workflow with attachments field and comment field.
      • Copy an image into the comment field, wait until it loads completely and transition the issue.

      Expected Results

      Preview of the images to be shown in the comments section

      Actual Results

      Preview of the attachments fail with "Preview unavailable/Failed to Load" message.

      Workaround

      Refresh/reload the page couple of times
