      Problem Definition

      Users who don't have the global permission "Share dashboards and filters" are seeing more options rather than only "Private" in Editors field in the Edit filters / dashboards dialog.

      Expectation

      Only private in Editors field (see example for Viewers field in screenshot)

      Actual Results

      Editors field is showing more options
