Filter owner search does not work using Advanced Search within a Dashboard Gadget

      Issue Summary

      Advanced search within a dashboard widget is not finding filters based on their owner.

       

      How to Replicate

      1. Go to add a new Dashboard Gadget
      2. Select any dashboard. "Average Age" is the one in my example
      3. Choose "Advanced Search" to search for the filter to use
      4. Only search by using the Owner field. (or add a keyword in the top "Search" box, Then search again with that keyword AND an owner)

      Expected results: the filters shown are for the Owner you searched from. 

      Actual results: the filters shown do not consider the Owner at all. 

      Workaround: You'll need to have the filter name handy before modifying the gadget or Star the filter and then use the filter to find the filter on the dashboard gadget.
