Issue Summary

When searching for a filter owned by a user the Filter or Project Picker to be used on a Dashboard gadget the search result returns all filters visible to the user searching it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Gadget to a dashboard (Eg Pie Chart)
2. Click on the Advanced Search.
3. Navigate to the Search Tab.
4. Select an owner on the user picker field.

Expected Results

The search results should only contain a list of filters owned by the user we are searching for.

Actual Results

The search result shows all available filters.

Workaround

Search for a filter using the filter name instead
