Issue Summary

Filter picker from dashboard gadgets do not filter by user. Instead, returns filter by other users in the search result.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have filters in your Jira Cloud instance created by multiple users.
2. Create a dashboard and add a Filter Results gadget
3. Click on the option "Advanced Search"
4. Fill the form for the filter owner

Expected Results

Only the filters owned by the searched owner will show up.

Actual Results

Filters that are not owned by the owner are shown.

Workaround

• Use the simplified version
• Use by filter name
