Render multi-choice custom checkboxes same on the transition screen as they do in the new issue create experience

      As of now, the values of checkbox field appear in a dropdown while creating and editing an issue-

      However, for the screen that appears on transition, the field's possible values appear differently-

      It will be great if we have the same appearance of the checkbox field in the transition screen as in the new issue create experience.
