Issue Summary
When creating an issue via an inline create, the Issue type restrictions are not applied.
Steps to Reproduce
- In your team-managed project, got to Project settings → Issue types
- Go to the padlock icon where you'll see No restrictions and restrict it to a project role
- Create an issue via an inline issue create (Backlog, Backlog epic panel, Board, Roadmap)

Expected Results
When the issue is created, the Restrict to field is automatically set and restricted to the project role

Actual Results
This field is left empty and the issue is not restricted as it normally would be when you create the issue using the global create.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. It is best to use the global issue create and avoid inline creation.
