Issue Summary
Jira users who are also JSM customers may not be able to create tickets or add comments using Incoming mail
Steps to Reproduce
- Invite a user as a service desk portal customer
- Also, have the same user account exist as Jira user
- setup an incoming mail server and a handler
- send email to the mail server
- The email may not be converted to a Jira ticket
Expected Results
Jira ticket should be created or comment should be added to its existing ticket from the email sent.
Actual Results
Jira ticket may not be created via email, no comment gets added.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
