Issue Summary
Jira user who is also having an account as servicedesk customer role, may not be able to create tickets using Incoming mail
Steps to Reproduce
- Invite a user as a service desk portal customer
- Also, have the same user account exist as Jira user
- setup an incoming mail server and a handler
- send email to the mail server
- The email may not be converted to a Jira ticket
Expected Results
Jira ticket should be created via email
Actual Results
Jira ticket may not be created via email
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
