Issue Summary
Show suggestions for all the user picker fields on both customer and Jira portal. Currently, when a user picker is created and added to the issue screen, suggestions would come if the request is being raised from the customer portal, but we do not see the same behavior when raising a request from the Jira portal.
On the Jira portal, the suggestion would come only for the assignee and reporter fields. It would be great if we can achieve uniformity across all the user picker fields on Jira
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a custom user picker field and add it to the issue screens
- Try creating the request from the customer portal and you would notice that the suggestions coming up. But when the request is being raised from the Jira portal or being edited on the Jira portal, the suggestions don't show up.
Expected Results
Suggestions should show up for all the user picker fields
Actual Results
Suggestions don't come up for all the user picker fields
Workaround
Suggestions come up once we start typing the letters
