User Picker custom field could show the recently utilized user instead of "No option"

      Summary

      At this moment, when you click on the custom field User Picker, to select a user, it will show "No option" as a result. Even if we have a list of users.

      Suggestion

      • Maybe we can copy the behavior of the assignee field to the User Picker.
      • Load the recently utilized user might be useful.

      Workaround

      If we try to search by the user name it will appear.
