Enable real time updates even when add-ons are installed

Issue Summary

After Chrome is upgraded to v96, the issue's comments, status, estimates, assignees and issue status are no longer auto-updated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue in Browser
2. Ask another person to open the same issue from a different browser with another account.
3. Ask the person to update the issue, for instance, add a comment.

Expected Results

When another user updates a field (i.e. adds a comment) the comment is expected to be refreshed on your screen.
This video shows the expected behavior in Chrome 91

Actual Results

The comment is not refreshed.
We can see that the issue time is refreshed (the comment timer is refreshed if you add a comment)
A browser refresh needs to be performed in order to bring new comments made by other users.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
