Have links in a ticket open in new tab by default

      When I am viewing a ticket and click a link in the description or comments, I would like for the link to open in a new tab. Right now it opens in the current tab, which means I no longer have Jira open.

       

      I know I can command+click to force it to a new tab, but seems like decent enough behavior to leave as the default.
