Currently, a fields added to the "Description" section of the agent view will always be displayed.

Empty fields could be hidden on the right column until a value is added to them, similar to the "Hide when empty" section fields.

Except that, if they have a value, they're displayed in the center column, below the request form fields instead of the right column.
