      Hi there,

I find that a pretty major flaw with our Jira is that you cannot see if someone else is working on a ticket at the same time as you.

We have a large IT team and multiple people can be working the queues at the same time this results in multiple messages being sent to the reporter at the same time on many occasion which can confuse the reporter.

It would be really good if there was a little box above the add note or reply to customer which would tell you if someone else is replying. E.g. Sara is typing.

I have seen this implemented successfully across other helpdesks sometimes with multiple sections which tell you if someone else is looking at the ticket and who that is and if someone is replying to the ticket and who that person is.

It would be a great addition to the system,

      Thanks,

      Sara

I second (third?) this - You don't usually see updates on a ticket until it has been refreshed, by then it's too late!

This is problematic for our teams. I think this could benefit a lot of other organisations as well. Ticket clash is a pain!
