Disable Smart Links / link previews

      When I put an external URL into a ticket description, comment, etc. it creates a link preview (which I'm told are called smart links) and I don't see a way for it to show the page URL instead. We always want the page URL to show. The way it is happening now is very cumbersome. Is there a way to disable this?
