Issue Summary

When including links in comments and issue descriptions, Jira automatically updates it to display an inline "formatted view" from the URL, as per the next screenshot.

Although there's a way to select from Display inline to Display URL, it would be great to be able to set a default display option for links.

Expected Results

The user should be able to select a default display link option

Actual Results

The user needs to change manually, each time when pasting links, to the display option that best fits

Workaround

Currently, the only workaround is to manually change to the desired display option, either inline, URL, or card.
