Searching by statuses of team-managed projects doesn't find issues

      Issue Summary

      Team-managed projects and `status WAS` JQL don't work together.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create 2 team-managed projects
      2. Create an issue in each project
      3. Close each issue
      4. Search via JQL: `project IN (projectA, projectB) AND status WAS Closed`

      Expected Results

      One of:

      1. both issues are found
      2. or JQL autocompletion suggests project-specific statuses for `status WAS`

      Actual Results

      Not all issues are found and JQL autcomplete suggests only one value for `status WAS`.

      Workaround

      Replace status name with status id.
