Clicking on Comment option for an issue in "Filter result" gadget does nothing

      Issue Summary

      Clicking on Comment option for an issue in "Filter result" gadget does nothing however when if we open the link in new tab, it will let you comment on the issue.

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Filter result type of gadget in a dashboard
      2. Hover over any issue and you will see three dots that will show a menu with COMMENT option in it.
      3. Click on it and nothing will happen. Use Ctrl+click or command+click and a new tab will open which will let you comment on the issue.

      Expected Results

      Simply clicking on comment should let you comment on the issue.

      Actual Results

      You can't comment if you click on comment option.
