Issue Summary

Clicking on "Log work" or "Comment" on a jira issue from the filter statistics gadget in the new dashboard UI does not return any action.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the new dashboard UI, create a filter statistics gadget and choose a filter
2. Save the gadget
3. From an issue displayed in the gadget, try to "Log work" or "Comment"

Issue in the gadget > ... > Log Work / Comment

Expected Results

Users should be able to log work or comment on issues from the gadget as expected

Actual Results

"Log work" and "Comment" options are unresponsive and do not return any action

Workaround

The users can "Right click" and open the link in the new tab for log work/comment from the gadget
