      Unable to enter Japanese properly when searching for issues

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to a project and click "Issues"
      2. Switch to Japanese IME and type "tesuto" in text box

      Expected Results

      "てすと" will be shown

      Actual Results

      "tえsうtお" will be shown

      Workaround

      • Copy the string "てすと" in advance and paste it into the text box
      • Use advanced search
