"The issue no longer exists" error message when pasting an attachment under issue search

Issue Summary

"The issue no longer exists" error message when pasting an attachment under issue search.
The same error is observed when on the Search issues page, if we paste an attachment when trying to create a new issue.

Steps to Reproduce

Issue Search:

1. Go to "Filters" > "Advanced issue search" > search for any issues under a certain project
2. Paste a screenshot that is saved on your clipboard

Creating an issue:

1. Go to "Filters" > "Advanced issue search"
2. Click on Create, to create a new issue.
3. Paste a screenshot(CTRL+V) that is saved on your clipboard.

Expected Results

The screenshot should be attached with no error messages.

Actual Results

The screenshot is attached but an error message is displayed: "The issue no longer exists":

Workaround

Issue Search:
Open the issue in a new tab and attach the image.

Creating an issue:
Close the error message and click on create. This will create an issue with the required attachment.
