Problem Definition
Currently in the new issue view when an image is attached in a comment or description the default size when added is large and takes up a lot of space, requiring manual scaling down of the image to fit within additional content, requiring additional effort for the end user.
It would be more efficient in a user's workflow to have a smaller image by default then scale up if needed as opposed to the current manual downscaling to achieve the same result. Once an image is in a comment clicking an image thumbnail to view in the full-screen preview is more efficient than having the image already at a larger scale in a comment field, as a user could manually scale up the image as needed when posting the comment if a larger image is desired
Suggested Solution
Have the image attachment default size in comment and description fields as a small thumbnail vs full-size images to reduce the size of the footprint, maintain the option to scale up as desired
Workaround
Currently, you can only scale the images down to a smaller size while editing the comment
