Issue Summary -

Setting up Profile language as French and adding English(UK), English(US) translations for issue status and custom field descriptions doesn't work if we change profile language to English.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set up Profile language as French
2. Create a status and custom field in French
3. Add English translations to Status from this section {SITENAME}
   .atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewTranslations!default.jspa?issueConstantType=status and to field description
4. Go to id.atlassian.com and change language to English
5. Go to issues where status and custom field were used. 

Expected Results

One should be able to see the translations that were added

Actual Results

Status and field description shows up in French.

Workaround is not available at the moment
