Translations are inconsistent on Jira

Issue Summary

The issue types, priorities and statuses are not translated on every screen/page and is very inconsistent while working with these (Create screen, Board, Issue view, Roadmap) etc.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change the language on your Account settings to anything other than English.
2. Issue types would be translated on Create screen but not on issue view or vice-versa.

Expected Results

The issue types should be consistent on all the pages (create screen, Issue view, backlogs, Roadmap etc)

Actual Results

The issue types are not translated on every screen/page and is very inconsistent while working with these (Create screen, Board, Issue view, Roadmap) etc. This is also applicable for Priorities, Statuses and Resolutions.

Workaround

In some cases, we can try using the "Translate" button against the Issue type and manually type in the translation.
