New global issue create screen does not respect issue type translations

      Issue Summary

      The new global issue create screen is not respecting issue types' translations.

      Tested with Portuguese (Br) and Japanese so far.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Create a translation for an issue type:
      • Change your language setting to match that one of the translation
        • I replicated with Portuguese and Japanese
      • Hit the global create screen button

      Expected Results

      The issue types will be presented with their respective translations.

      Actual Results

      The issue types' names are still displayed in English:

      Workaround

      You can still deactivate the new create screen view in your personal settings at https://<YOUR_SITE>.atlassian.net/secure/ViewPersonalSettings.jspa

      The old create screen is working with the translations
