Have the new view remember the last used issue link option

      Summary

      In the old view when you were to link an issue, Jira would remember the last link option you had used. For example, if you had used relates to, next time you selected the issue link option, relates to would be displayed as the current option:

      In the new view, the default option (link type) is always the one according to alphabetical order:

      Suggestion

      Have the new view remember the last option selected.
