      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Cloud. Using JIRA Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      As for now, when configure Issue Linking the Default Value for Issue Linking is depend on the first value of alphabetical order.
      User will prefer that the default value can be configured not using alphabetical order.

      As temporary workaround
      Put a prefix for the linking type such as "A_relates" in the Name
