    Description

      In the current API there is no way to create a workflow status. This means that it is not possible to create a workflow using custom statuses through the REST API - only create workflows using preexisting statuses. This is a shortcoming. 

      Suggestion

      Add a supported REST API for Jira Cloud to create a new workflow status.
