      Problem Definition

      Managing workflow transitions behavior (conditions, validators, post functions, etc) can only be done through the Jira UI.
      Having the ability to edit this configuration through the REST API would be useful when automating some administration tasks.

      Suggested Solution

      Make it possible to manage workflow transitions behavior (conditions, validators, post functions, etc) through the REST API, similar to the Workflow transition rules in Jira Cloud.
