      Issue Summary

      Improve error message when inviting users fails due to license limit reached. This will then allow users to self-service and correct the issue without having to contact support:

      There has been https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-71719 previously however it has not fully addressed this issue.

       

      Scenario 1:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Be at your max user limit e.g. 10/10 on standard plan
      2. Invite someone 

      Expected Results

      Error message stating why you cannot invite the user at Step 2.

      Actual Results

      X Invite not sent
      We couldn't invite <email>
      Contact support

      Console error shown:

      {"errorMessages":["LICENSE_LIMIT_REACHED"],"errors":}
      

      Workaround

      None. The error directs users to contact support.

      Scenario 2:

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add default access group for the StatusPage and be at the max user limit
      2. Invite someone 

      Expected Results

      Error message stating for which product you have reached the maximum number of user

      Actual Results

      You would receive the error "You've reached the maximum number of users for one of your products.".
      It should clearly mention for which project the license count has reached the maximum limit.

      Workaround

      Check the license count for every product manually.
