When trying to link a done issue to another open issue, done / closed issue doesn't appear when searching

Issue Summary

While trying to link issues, Done issues don't appear when searching and the link is only performed when typing the exact issue key and confirming.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a ticket and move it to Done
2. Create another ticket and left it open
3. Go in link issues and search for the Done issue name or key

Expected Results

The done issue with its name should appear as all other issues appear while typing their names.

Actual Results

Done issues aren't displayed and it seems that have no issues.

Workaround

Currently, the only workaround available is to type the exact issue key from the done issue and confirm the link. The issue will be recognized and will accomplish the link.
