Add hyperlink for custom fields

    Description

      Problem

      Currently, when adding a value, for example, on a dropdown or checkbox custom field, it's not possible to click on the value to open the JQL and view all issues that contain that value.

      Suggestion

      Add the same option as Labels or Components, where it's possible to click and be redirected to "Search issues".
