Ability to change the table's width in the new issue view

      Problem

      Currently, it's not possible to change the width of the table in the new issue view. Even when we add a lot of text or an image, it's too small and we can't change that.

      On the old view, we also couldn't change, but at least it would fit correctly the information.

      Suggestion

      Add the ability to manually change the width of the columns.
