As an user I'd like to resize the columns in the dialog view (New Jira issue View)

      Problem Definition

      When viewing an issue through a board or its full view, with the "New Jira issue view" and dialog mode both enabled, the size of the right (smaller) column and the left (bigger) column cannot be changed.

      Suggested Solution

      Add the ability for users to resize this (as the image below).

      Why this is important

      This should enhance greatly the user experience.

      Workaround 

      There is none.
