Please implement a label administration page in Jira.

      Right now, there is no easy way to manage labels in Jira, please implement a label administration page in Jira.

      This page should allow Jira administrators to:

      1. Show a list of all existing labels.
      2. Have the options to create, edit and delete labels.

      There is an add-on Label Manager for Jira:
      https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215469/label-manager-for-jira

      Please implement a similar feature for Jira Cloud.
