Issue Summary

Uploading an image between lines of text may fail if you do not wait for its full upload in the file picker.

Environment

Jira Cloud.

Steps to Reproduce

• Type a line of text -> press enter;
• Type another line of text -> go up to the previous line -> press enter;
• Upload an image -> when selecting a file in the file picker, click on Insert file before the image is fully uploaded (you can see a progress bar on the file);
• When the image's upload is completed (in the Comment field), click on Save.

Expected Results

The comment will be saved.

Actual Results

Nothing happens when you click on the Save button.

Workaround

When you wait for the full upload of the file in the file picker before clicking on Insert file, it works correctly.

Also, if you can cancel the current comment, when trying again, the file will already be in the recent uploads. Selecting the file from there will work properly as well.
