Summary

When using the new issue view, the Save button becomes unresponsive when uploading a file if you hit Insert a file before the upload has finished.

Steps to Reproduce

1. use the new issue view
2. click on the insert a file or image button
3. add an attachment of a few Mb and hit Insert a file before the upload finishes
4. try saving the comment

This problem can be replicated consistently in different browsers.

Expected Results

The upload finishes and the comment is added

Actual Results

The upload finishes but the Save button doesn't work. You can try to re-upload the file multiple times but still doesn't work. You need to cancel that existing comment, then open the comment box again to start the process again.

So effectively you break the comment box when doing this until you reopen it.

Workaround

Wait for the file to finish the upload before hitting the Insert file
