      Problem

      When viewing a parent issue with sub-tasks, it isn't possible to transition the sub-task directly from the parent issue screen, it is needed to access the sub-task and transition it.

      Suggested resolution

      Create the ability to transition the sub-task directly from the parent issue screen.
