Summary

As a Jira administrator, when editing an Issue collector, and selecting the template as "Custom" (as in the screenshot below), there is a list of custom fields that I can select from by checking the box next to it.

When I check the box, that custom field is added to the "Template preview".

When I save the changes, the template preview consider the changes but the check-boxes next to the custom fields got back to the empty value.

Expected Results

• The selected checkboxes remains enabled.
• The "template preview" shows the selected "custom fields".

Actual Results

• The selected checkboxes are unchecked.
• The "template preview" shows the selected "custom fields" as expected.
