Issue Summary
When editing an Issue collector and selecting the Custom template, there is a list of custom fields that we can select from by checking the box next to it.
When we check the box the custom field is added to the "Template preview" as expected.
When saving the changes, the template preview consider the changes but the check-boxes next to the custom fields got back to the empty value.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a new Issue Collector.
- On Template section, select Custom.
- Select one or a few custom fields and click Update.
- Back to the Issue Collector page, click Edit on the newly created collector.
Expected Results
The custom fields selected in step 3 are checked, indicating which custom fields are present in the form.
Actual Results
All custom field checkboxes are unchecked but the custom fields are correctly added to the form.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
