Summary
When trying to set a filter, the option to search for the owner of the filter is not working, instead of returning only the filters that are owned by the user that is being searched all the available filters are returned.
Environment
Jira Cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Add the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget to a Dashboard
- On the configuration of the gadget select Advanced Search

- On the tab Search add a user to the field Owner (The user must own shared filters), click Search

Expected Results
The search should return only the filters owned by the user that was set on the Owner field.
Actual Results
All the available filers will be returned as the result of the search.

Notes
This behavior is observed only on the gadget, on the filters search page of Jira the Owner option does correctly returned the expected results.
