Default unit for time tracking not working

Summary

The Default unit for time tracking does not work in the new Issue view on JIRA Software Boards.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Time tracking settings and set the Default unit for time tracking to Hour (or any other unit)
2. Have the New Jira issue view enabled in Labs
3. Log time on any Board without specifying the unit (eg: 6)

Expected Results

6 hours of time is supposed to be logged without having to specify the unit (eg: 6h)

Actual Results

You get an error asking to specify the unit (hour, minute...)

Notes

This is specifically on Boards in the new issue view.

Workaround

You need to specify the unit of measurement (hour, minute, sec,..)
