      Summary

      In the new issue view, the date format on the log work screen isn't following the setting of Jira system.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a board
      2. Click on an issue to open issue view
      3. Click to log work

      Expected Results

      The date format should following the settings in system settings

      Actual Results

      The date format is appearing incorrect
