Allow tracking of issue deleted, moved and undo function

Problem Statement

Tracking or undoing deleted issues are impossible as it is not stored or tracked in the applications. After issue(s) are deleted, there are no way to track them besides having support to check on the logs. However, logs are only stored for a week and there is not much information that can help audit or restore the issue.

Suggestion

Allow tracking of issue deleted, moved and undo function and visible in the audit logs
