Problem Definition
In the project's People section, the inactive users that were added to roles aren't shown as 'Inactive' which confuses to identify who is inactive and who is active.
Anywhere an inactive user's name is mentioned, it should be followed by the text (Inactive)
Suggested Solution
Display '(Inactive)' beside the username like when an inactive user is either the Assignee or Reporter like in the example below:
Why this is important
This is important to identify which users are inactive in the project's people section

Additional information from closed duplicate ticket
Although JRACLOUD-74382 addresses the issue view, "Inactive" is not displayed in all views. For example:
- 'Inactive" is not shown in the Assignee, Reporter, etc. columns for the new "Issue" List (as accessed from a Project's side panel Feature) like it does in the Advanced Search list.
- It is also still not shown on Kanban Board cards in either the Avatar hover over or if included as part of the Card Layout.
