We are pleased to announce that we have now added the support for logging actions performed for screen and screen scheme changes to the Jira Audit log.

Summary
The JIRA audit log does not include screen changes described in Auditing in JIRA applications.
Repro steps
- Log in as a user with the JIRA Administrators global permission.
- Create a new screen (gg > Screens > Add Screen),
- Add fields to the first tab on the screen.
- Go to gg > Screen Schemes and select any screen scheme.
- Select Associate an issue operation with a screen.
- Choose any issue operation and select the screen you just created.
- Select Add.
- View the Audig Log (gg > Audit Log).
Expected Results
The Audit Log contains events describing the following changes:
- Screen field configuration changed
- Screen scheme edited
- Etc
Actual Results
No audit log entries exist which refer to screen changes of any kind.
