Summary

When importing CSV file, system will fail to import with the following error:
"Unexpected failure occurred. Importer will stop immediately. Data may be in an unstable state: com.atlassian.jira.issue.search.SearchException: Attempted to perform non-db capable search in Vertigo mode: Attempted to perform non-db capable search in Vertigo mode"

Steps to Replicate

1. Navigate to External System Import
2. Select CSV
3. Select CSV file to upload > complete 3 steps
4. Select Begin Import
