Summary

The JIRA Workload Pie Chart gadget and report has a link that used to display workload (hours logged) by assignees for issues. There is a link to view all issues in the Issue Navigator of all hours logged on issues by a given assignee however it is not working correctly

Environment

JIRA v7.0.0-OD-04-018

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the JIRA Workload Pie Chart gadget to a dashboard ; Add a JIRA Workload Pie Chart Report
2. Make sure users have logged work on issues
3. Click the number (which is a link) for hours logged on issues by user

Expected Results

Link to issue navigator should filter by assignee

Actual Results

Sends you to issue navigator with all the issues (JQL filtering for nothing) or the last known search

Workaround

Manually entering JQL or searching for issues
