Description
We just moved from Bugzilla to Jira and one of the features our users are complaining about is the lack of a reply button to reply to a specific comment. If you look at a bugzilla issue:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=290219
you can see how each comment has a "reply" button next to it and when you click on it, it quotes the original comment. For issues with dozens of comments, having the context by quoting the comment you're responding to is very useful.
The ideal option I believe would be to implement threaded comments per JRA-3406 and then this would not be an issue.
